I am not sure whether Dave Matthews is in my fave five because of his albums or because of his concerts.

My summertime celebration almost always includes a trip out to a Dave Matthews concert.
The whole scene has a way of setting me free.  Elevating me...
Because he comes around my areas near September, it signifies the change of seasons as well for me.

From the time the show begins the audience is on their feet, dancing...burning...grooving and
singing along.  I often go to the show by myself and move around a bit...
There are moments I must be flying through the air...because of my powerful dance style.
I don't take up much room, but I jump high into the air...wearing my Doc Martens.
bouncing soles.  It may sound funny but I consider a trip out to a Dave Matthews concert and aerobic experience.

It is the closest thing to a love in I have experienced in some time.

Another thing I really dig about Dave Matthews concerts is the generosity of the fans who attend.
I have been gifted more tickets in the past than I can count.
You can always find a few freebies at the gate...someone who's friend is not showing up or something like that.
Don't have a ticket to a particular show?  No problem....just show up and something generous is bound to happen.
